The Tourette Twitch!

1.) I'm a-shakin' and a-barkin' what's a-wrong with me?
I hide these urges so no-one can see;
What's goin' on and where's it comin' from,
It sure was nice to hear I have Tourette's Syndrome.

Let's twitch, everybody let's twitch,
Who really cares if the neighbours snitch,
While we all do the "Tourette Twitch".

 

2.) My parents, teachers doctors, well they all said:
"Stop acting out of line, it's all in your head";
Then I went to get a neurological screen,
They told me I have really weird Dop-a-mine.

Who really cares if the neighbours snitch,
While we all do the "Tourette Twitch".

 

3.) I bark,nod,swear,blink, and get really mad,
That makes it sound as if it's all bad;
I'm also funny, smart, nice, creative as can be,
So come-on and do the "Tourette Twitch" with me!

While we all do the "Tourette Twitch".

4.) There's always some moron that will laugh in your face,
You lose your self-esteem with them on your case;
Rather than letting them get to your goose,
Say, "At least I have TS what's your excuse"?

5.) We're doctors, artists, teachers, nothin's holding us back,
We really make our mark, we're a lively pack;
I'm so glad I've got it, 'cause it makes me so unique,
Life just isn't fun when you're boring and meek!
